Order & Payment

Ordering
All orders made with Amethysian will be dispatched within 3-4 working days.

We are unable to guarantee any amendment of orders once your order have been confirmed after purchase and will not be held liable for any incorrect or duplicate orders placed for any delayed notification by you. 

Delay in order processing and shipment can be expected during the peak periods (festive seasons) and sale periods.

Backorders
Backorders are items that was previously sold out due to popular demand and will be remade with our manufacturer. They are not in stock items. 

Expected waiting time is 2 weeks, and up to 4 weeks during non-peak & peak periods respectively. Backorders can be subjected to delays due to sea shipment delay or watch dial availability. 

Slots for Backorder listing will be open until it is filled as the item is already in production. Extra slots will be added only or/and if our factory produces extra quantities. Please cart out only if you are comfortable with the waiting time and secure a piece early to prevent disappointment.


Payments
Amethysian provides the following payment methods: Paylah/Paynow and Bank Transfer and Touch&Go (for Malaysia orders). All orders made after payment are final and no refunds/cancellations can be made. Kindly ensure that all required information submitted are accurate to avoid possible shipping delays or product shipment errors. 
    
Any reimbursement made by Amethysian will be in the form of store credits (valid for 6 months). Cash refunds are strictly not allowed unless otherwise stated and approved by us.

Gift Card payment will override any other payment methods and Gift Cards have a validity of 6 months.


 

Original shipping charges, duties and/or taxes will be borne by the buyer and are non-refundable.
