By shopping with Amethysian you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
All our local orders are being handled by Singpost and Speedpost ( for tiktok ). Upon payment verification, your order will be dispatched within 3-4 working days from our warehouse.
All our international orders are being handled by Singpost/ Ninjavan. Upon payment verification, your order will be dispatched within 3-4 working days from our warehouse.

Please allow additional 1-5 working days to dispatch parcels during sale and festive seasons.

Amethysian will not be held responsible for any shipping delays due to the festive period or other reasons that may occur during the transit period. Once packages are shipped out, the shipping process will be out of our control. The weight of all products are estimated to the best of our ability. Shipping fees, duties and taxes at customs will all be borne by the buyer.
Do note that orders with notes/ special requests will be delayed in the packing process and shipment.

FREE SHIPPING
Local Singapore orders with more than $100 ( after all discounts ) will be eligible for free shipping, with a one-time courier fee per order borne by Amethysian. If your order contains Backorder, in stock items and you have hit free shipping, your order will only be delivered once all the Backorder items have arrived. If you would like to receive your in stock pieces first, a delivery fee of $2.50 is required upon selecting separate shipping during checkout.
To qualify for free split shipping with In stock and Backorder items, you will have to purchase $100 ( after all discounts ) Instock and $100 ( after all discounts ) Backorder and select free split shipping at checkout.
STOLEN OR LOST MAIL
Amethysian will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. No refund or replacements will be provided. However, we will do our very best to help you in the search for your lost mail.
Please kindly ensure that your mailing address provided is accurate. Amethysian will not be held responsible for any packages sent back due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment cost of $2.50 will be borne by the buyer.

REDELIVERY ATTEMPT
Each delivery fee of $2.50 allows up to 2 attempt at delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are contactable by the deliveryman via your mobile number provided. Should you be uncontactable after 2 failed attempts, a re-delivery fee of $2.50 charged by the courier is required to re-deliver your package.
